White Sox Kevin Youkilis Goes 0 For 4 As The Royals Beat The Sox 6-3

Kevin Youkilis has been on fire all season long, he is a big reason the Chicago White Sox have a three game lead in the American League Central. When we see Kevin Youkilis go hit-less in a game it makes you wonder if the White Sox magic is about to fade or is it just a bad day for the red hot Youkilis? The White Sox still have a lot of baseball to play this season and if they are...

Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz expects to have results of an MRI exam on his injured right Achilles before Tuesday's game against the White Sox. Bobby Valentine's Continued Comments on Kevin Youkilis Set Stage for White Sox' Visit to Fenway Park (Video)

Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine already got in trouble once for comments he made about former Red Sox infielder Kevin Youkilis. Back on April 15, he told WHDH's Joe Amorosino that he didn't think that Youkilis was "as physically or emotionally into the game as he has been in the past for some reason." The two have had a testy relationship ever since, and that may...

Red Beats White in Youk's Return To Fenway

Last night was the emotional return of Kevin Youkilis to Fenway Park since his trade to the White Sox.  Youk got himself a lot of cheers and YYOOOUUKKK calls throughout the game.  While all of Fenway was watching Youk's every move, Aaron Cook had himself another nice pitching performance and Adrian Gonzalez showed some of that power he has been missing in the Red Sox win over...

Injury Plagued Monday Night for MLB Sluggers

A painful Monday for some of the game’s top sluggers could have a significant impact on the playoff races. All-Stars Joey Votto, Jose Bautista and David Ortiz – who have a combined 64 home runs and 172 RBI – will leave big voids in their teams’ lineups as they miss some time with injuries. The question is how much. Jose Bautista injured his wrist late in a 6-3 Yankees win...
