Parker Kligerman and Kyle Busch Motorsports made it official today and announced that Kligerman will pilot a full-time Nationwide Series car in 2013 for KBM. The car number will be 77 and it will be a Toyota Camry. The sponsor at this time is unknown; Monster Energy was the sponsor for KBM in the Nationwide Series last season but it is not known at this time whether they will be sponsoring Kligerman. This will be Parker Kligerman’s first year competing for the Nationwide Series title after going after the Truck Series title the last few seasons. Kligerman started off 2012 by driving for Brad Keselowski Racing but Kligerman and the team parted ways halfway through the season. With Kligerman’s talent behind the wheel, he was quickly picked up by Red Horse Racing and he eventually won his first career NASCAR race at Talladega while driving for Red Horse. Kligerman went on to finish fifth in the Truck Series standings. 2013 will offer Kligerman brand new opportunities. It will be his first season competing full-time in the Nationwide Series, which offers much stiffer competition and more aggressive racing. Kligerman will be competing against a stacked Nationwide Series field which features many new, talented faces. Kligerman will be driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports which should entail some tips from Kyle Busch which could make Kligerman a better racer. Kligerman will be faced with new challenges, rewards and just new everything in 2013. Kyle Busch Motorsports is developing into one of the best teams in the garage and Kligerman will surely help grow that program and make them more of a threat to win each week. The No.77 Toyota Camry driven by Parker Kligerman will surely be competing for the win each weekend and maybe even a championship. 2013 is looking very bright for Parker Kligerman and we will soon find out how the season will un-fold and how Kligerman will perform under these new circumstances.
