Heading to Kansas City...Four-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) champion Ron Hornaday Jr. will make his fourth-career start for Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) in Friday night's shootout at Kansas Speedway. The 55-year-old veteran is no stranger to success at the Kansas City track, having nine starts with one win, three poles, three top fives and six top 10s to his credit.   Martinsville Recap...Hornaday finished ninth for TSM at Martinsville Speedway after rain forced the NCWTS race to be pushed after the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. The veteran driver started the weekend strong in the No. 30 Rheem Comfort Products Chevrolet, finishing eighth in first practice and taking the top spot in final practice. Rain washed out qualifying, and Hornaday began the 250-lap race in the fifth position based on practice speeds. Hornaday remained in the fifth position following the drop of the green flag before moving up to fourth on lap 22. Hornaday would go on to lead 34 laps before ultimately bringing the Rheem Comfort Products Chevy home in the ninth position for TSM.   This Week's Silverado...This weekend's crew chief Shannon Rursch and the No. 30 Rheem Chevrolet team will unload chassis TSM-220 at Kansas Speedway. TSM-220 was last on the track in Las Vegas in 2012 when James Buescher drove it to a sixth-place finish.   Gotta Have a Rheem...Rheem Manufacturing Company (www.rheem.com) is privately held with headquarters in Atlanta. In its 88th year of operation, the company manufactures a full line of high-quality residential and commercial heating and cooling systems; tank, tankless, solar, and heat pump water heaters; swimming pool heaters and commercial boilers throughout North America and world markets. The company's premium brands, including Raypak, Ruud and Rheem, have been recognized with countless industry and consumer awards for reliability, innovative design and high quality. Rheem is now in its eighth consecutive year as a NASCAR sponsor.   Watch and Listen...The third race of the 2014 NCWTS season gets underway on Friday, May 9. The SFP 250 can be seen live beginning at 8:00 p.m. EDT on FOX Sports 1 and can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90.   Ron Hornaday Jr. on Racing at Martinsville Speedway: "I'm really looking forward to getting back in the Rheem Comfort Products Chevrolet this weekend in Kansas. We have had a long break and it will be nice to get back to racing. I am really looking forward to trying out NASCAR's new qualifying format. After being rained out in Daytona and Martinsville, it will be cool to have our turn at the madness. All the guys at Turner Scott Motorsports worked hard on the Rheem Chevrolet this week and I think with the right adjustments and a little bit of luck, we can come home with a great finish."   TSM PR
