Is McNabb the Good Guy or the Bad Guy?
Since every Philly media outlet will be talking about this this week, I figured I would get my 2 cents in and open up the discussion to see what other people think.?As you know, it was reported by ESPN's Michael Smith that the Eagles and McNabb had a lengthy discussion last week about his benching, his contract, and his future with the team. Smith reports that McNabb said he would...

Lakers beat the Phoenix Suns 122-115, the Lakers' second victory this season over the team that has knocked them out of the playoffs the past two seasons. Bryant shot 12-20 from the field and 13-14 from the free throw line. ABC's Mark Jackson said that the Lakers' roster is better than the Suns' "in a landslide...
It's A (Sitting Still) Dance Off!
I completely missed this during NBA All-Star Weekend, and many thanks for NESW for finding the club, but the rumored dance-off between the Glove and the Jet actually went down late Sunday night. Not only that, but the crew even decided to beatbox for Ernie following Kenny Smith's win. Enjoy!Pretty impressive if you ask me, and going back to the break dance routine, nets you...
Frank-ly, out of control
Lawrence Frank just marched out on the floor to bark in official Michael Smith's face, with Richard Jefferson on the other side. They were so close, they could identify one another's chewing gum. How far would that have gone with...

Basketball Injuries: The Pain of a Sprained Ankle
Caught the tail end of the New Jersey Nets @ Miami Heat third quarter.
With 0.3 tenths of a second left in the quarter, New Jersey Nets swingman Antoine Wright landed badly on his right ankle (which may effectively keep him out of action for the next few weeks based on the fact that he had to be carried to the locker room by a couple of his teammates).
Watching Wright lying...

Davidson's Baseline Box Inbounds Play
I took in the ESPN game of the week, Davidson against Duke tonight. Great atmosphere at Cameron Indoor. Still on my list of things to do in my bucket list, Cameron Indoor Duke versus UNC. But as for tonight's game, Duke did a solid job doubling and crowding Stephen Curry most of the night (and Curry still ended up with 29). The Wildcats had one last gasp in the last 5 minutes...

Gary Payton and Chris Webber’s Greatest Hits
Gary Payton and Chris Webber release a greatest hits album. I wish TNT could have C-Webb and The Glove join Barkley and Kenny Smith. Ernie Johnson would never get a word in. [NESW Sports]
