According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, Heat and Spurs among teams to express exploratory interest in free-agent Andray Blatche. Obviously Andray Blatche has the ability to put the ball in the basket and create shots for open teammates, but there is irreverent  questions within his game personality.  He was recently waived by the Wizards, due to his immature act off the court and on the court.  The number one thing that sticks out to me when you’re talking about Andray Blatche, he is still twenty-five years old and still has a lot of time to make major adjustments in his game on both ends.  I think a veteran team like the Miami Heat will be the best possible destination for him to get his career on track. Andray never really had a stand-out leader in Washington, maybe that is why his mind-set wasn’t at an appropriate level their.  The Wizards have a great prospect in John Wall, but when you talk about his leader-ship qualities, he is still very young and inexperienced.  That is why I think Andray needs a prominent leaders like a Dwyane Wade or a LeBron James,  that will make him feel very comfortable within the organization.  Not to say that the Miami Heat are the only team that can benefit Andray Blatche, but certainly that will be the best possible destination for him. Andray Blatche averaged 8.5 PPG last season after having his best year statistically the season before, averaging 16.8 PPG and 8.3 RPG. in 63 games played with the Washington Wizards.
