The Sports Bank:
With Zydrunas Ilgauskas night, the Cleveland Cavaliers are doing everything they can to try and supplant the Browns as the most pathetic sports franchise in Cleveland. And you thought the infamous “Hastily Made Cleveland Tourism Video 2″ made Cleveland a laughingstock.
We know the Browns are an organization that operates to the tune of Yakety Sax a.k.a. the Benny Hill theme, but the Cavs are right down there beside them.
Shout out to Brett Lyons from 670 The Score for catching this. From the Cavaliers website:
On Saturday, March 8th, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, one of the most beloved players to ever wear a Cavs uniform, will have his #11 jersey retired and raised to hang in the rafters of Quicken Loans Arena alongside other Cavalier greats. It will become a permanent reflection of what the big “man in the middle” with a big heart has meant to the franchise and Cleveland
As the Cavs host the New York Knicks at 7:30 p.m., the night will celebrate and honor the 7-foot-3 inch Lithuanian cent...

Is Kyrie Irving the next Stephon Marbury? An anonymous Western Conference scout went off on Cleveland Cavaliers point guard, Kyrie Irving. The scout praised Irving and his talents, but also exposed Kyrie for his flaws. According to the unnamed source, Irving might be a great scorer, but he’s not a winner. In fact, the scout went on to say that Kyrie is overrated and compared him...
So Jimmy Fallon continues to roll out the big guests (and lean heavily on them, according to some). Tonight featured Lebron James making an appearance to play some wastepaper basketball with Jimmy in a throwback to some 1980s training video PSA nightmare. The tune itself reminds me of The Lonely Island’s “We Like Sportz,” so that’s a plus. I just sort of wish that c*nthole...
Ray Allen Custom WWE Championship BeltPhoto Credit: @rayn34 Instagram
LeBron James gave each of his Miami Heat teammates custom WWE Championship belts. Ray Allen’s Instagram picture of his title shows that this isn’t just your ordinary replica belt.
Allen’s WWE Championship has a custom Miami Heat logo and “Jesus Shuttlesworth 34″ engraved on the straps. Whether you like...
On the second night of a back-to-back against the best of the West following a tough loss to the Raptors, I gave the Cavaliers virtually no chance of competing tonight, let alone winning. But, they did exactly that, it was a star-studded effort for Kyrie Irving, who trumped the duo of Durant and Westbrook with plenty of help from the other four starters to pull off a fourth quarter...
Udonis Haslem is a warrior, and he is one of the best players in the Miami Heat franchise history. Although his numbers are not very high, Haslem has something many players do not – a heart and passion. Last week, the Miami Heat’s biggest […]The post Miami Heat Stayed Loyal to Udonis Haslem and Rejected Trading Him for Evan Turner appeared first on The League News.
Just when you thought that LeBron James mask was done for the evening, you might check out this photo starring Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh.
Check out the image which shows Bosh wearing LeBron’s protective black mask and calling himself in the Instagram comment, “Batman”:

The late-game heroics of star point guard Kyrie Irving helped the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the top team in the Western Conference and snap a three-game losing streak their last time out.
Irving and the Cavaliers will look to build on that comeback win when they host the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
Cleveland (23-36) has struggled late in games, shooting 34.6 percent in the final three...
As previously noted on That NBA Lottery Pick, LeBron James got a special gift from Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson in the form of a WWE Championship belt.
Now it appears that LeBron decided to give the gift of WWE Championship belt to the rest of the Heat roster.
Check out the photo below for all of the Heat players with their belts:

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving is one of the most talented guards in the NBA.
In two and a half seasons, the former first overall pick has career averages of 20.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game. His resume already includes two All-Star game appearances, an All-Star game Most Valuable Player award, a Rookie of the Year award, a Three-Point Shootout Championship...
There are few transcendent beauties like actress Marilyn Monroe, so I don’t find it too odd that Miami Heat star LeBron James would want a unique painting of her.
Less than an hour ago, James posted an image to his Instagram account regarding a new painting that he bought from artist Rey Jaff:
I wonder where LBJ is going to hang it?

Carmelo Anthony came up with a big-time block, swatting LeBron James’ shot attempt emphatically into the stands during the third quarter of Thursday’s game against the Heat. The post Carmelo Anthony Swats LeBron James (Video) appeared first on Beyond The Buzzer.
Nothing is slowing down the Heat at this point in the season — not broken noses, not masks and certainly not the broken New York Knicks and their masquerading excuse for a basketball team.
With LeBron James back in the lineup after suffering a broken nose last week, the Heat made easy work of the struggling Knicks, defeating Carmelo Anthony’s team 108-82 on Thursday at AmericanAirlines...
LeBron James practiced for the first time Wednesday while wearing a mask designed to protect his broken nose and expects to return for the Heat's game Thursday against the New York Knicks.
James went through the Heat's full workout, including the contact portions of scrimmages, after participating in only noncontact drills in Tuesday's practice. Thursday will be the...
Maybe Kevin Love was inspired by the show LeBron James put before the All-Star break in his own personal dunk contest. In this video captured by teammate Gorgui Dieng, Love can be see throwing a pass to himself off the wall and throwing down a reverse jam.
Very nice for a “sneaky athletic” guy right?
If you have been watching the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon this week it is pretty easy to see why the network tabbed him to take over for Jay Leno. Fallon brand of comedy is as natural as it comes no matter what superstar he has on the couch. Here he is in a rap video with LeBron James. If stuff like this is the norm for Fallon I might have to start watching. Loading...
