Star point guard, Chris Paul, of the New Orleans Hornets has had a ton of trade rumors following him this week. Most of them have had Paul ending up in New York, but this latest one does not. According to Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News the Hornets really like Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors. Kawakami tweeted the following: Multiple NBA sources: If the Hornets consider trading Chris Paul, one player they really like is Stephen Curry & have told GSWs that. While I would like this trade I really can’t see it happening. I don’t think Paul wants to sign a long-term contract in San Francisco. Paul wants to go to a big city, that why most see him ending up in the New York City. There has been rumors circling around that Paul has demanded a trade to New York, but they is not true according to John Reid of The Times Picayune.
