Fans of the New York Knicks have been clamoring for All-Star point guard Steve Nash for years. Apparently, the feeling could be mutual. Nash, 38, is one of many marquee point guards in free agency. Deron Williams, Jason Kidd, Andre Miller, Raymond Felton and potentially Knicks restricted free agent Jeremy Lin could all be on the market if they opt not to return to their current teams. "The Knicks are a great franchise," Nash said at a promotional appearance in Manhattan Wednesday, "and I live in New York City (during the offseason), so I'd definitely consider them if they were interested." Nash could be coveted by other teams, with the Dallas Mavericks and Chicago Bulls reportedly near the top of his list. Free agency begins July 1. "I want to see what's actually on the table," he said. "I'm open and excited."
