Sportress of Blogitude:
What in the holy hell? Look out, Russell Westbrook, D-Wade is coming at you and your over-the-top, post-game attire. Fresh off his team’s convincing 115-78 win over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night to even up the series at one game apiece, Miami Heat superstar and apparent ugly fashion icon Dwyane Wade strolled up to the podium — actually it was more of a table than anything — sporting an absolutely ridiculous jacket featuring a garishly and overly colorful floral theme. According to the intrepid work by The Big Lead and Larry Brown Sports, we now know perhaps far too much about such an ugly item of clothing. The garment is referred to in fashion circles as the “Floral Explosion Bomberjacket,” it is made by Versace, it is part of their Spring 2013 Menswear Collection and it retails for … $1,925 DOLLARS??? What the fungus? I don’t care how much Versace gets away with charging for this nightmare, price clearly isn’t an adequate measuring tool for style, no matter what. I’ll do ju...
BEST OF MAXIM
Dwyane Wade continues to embarrass himself with his postgame attire. The Miami Heat guard sported this ridiculous looking outfit to his news conference after the Heat’s 115-78 win over the Chicago Bulls in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Tuesday night. Seriously, where did he get it from? Did he go over to Del Boca Vista and borrow it from an old woman at a retirement...
For whatever reason, the NBA has been enamored with fashion culture for a few seasons now. However, its preoccupation with glasses without lenses and other pseudo-hipster duds do seem a bit odd on seven-foot professional athletes rather than a random skinny bearded kid in Williamsburg.
At least Dwyane Wade seems to be bringing some regional Miami Vice style to his look.
Of all the people, I’m not someone to call NBA players out for their fashion sense but back on Tuesday night, Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade decided to wear one of the worst jackets that I’ve ever seen.
Not only did the jacket have a floral pattern but clearly it was something stolen from even Craig Sager’s wardrobe or the bargain bin at a thrift shop:
D-Wade wears floral...
Dwyane Wade sported this outfit following the Heat’s 37 pont win over the Bulls in Game 2. Wade’s usually a very fashionable athlete and was in fact voted best dressed NBA player. So, we’ll give him a pass for this one.

Someone wanted some attention tonight.
You win D Wade, you win.
Without Russell Westbrook, I guess something had to pick up the slack.
The legal battle between Heat star Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade has been documented extensively. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t questions that come up. I noticed the reactions and comments left when one of those stories are posted so I decided to reach out to Siohvaughn to ask her some of those burning questions we’ve all been wanting to know...
As the Miami Heat cruised to easy victory over the Chicago Bulls in game two of their Eastern Conference Semifinals series, LeBron James might have dropped one of the best assists of his career.
Watch as LBJ finds Dwyane Wade on a beautiful backdoor pass which he lays up-and-in:
Chicago Bulls center Nazr Mohammed says he wishes he would have fought his “instincts” and not shoved Miami Heat forward LeBron James’ to the ground in revenge for being knocked to the floor while James dribbled up the court. “It’s one of those things that happened so fast, you don’t know what’s going to happen, but instincts kick in
As I told you yesterday, the Heat were going to come back in Game 2 and drill the Bulls. A 115-78 win later, Dwyane Wade was w…
CHICAGO (AP) -- LeBron James came on strong down the stretch to finish with 25 points, Chris Bosh added 20 points and 19 rebounds, and the Miami Heat followed up the most lopsided playoff win in franchise history with a 104-94 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Friday night to take a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Norris Cole scored 18, and the Heat pulled out a tight...
