Golden State’s Jarrett Jack doesn’t take kindly to rookies mouthing off to him, so while Kent Bazemore was working out at the team facilities, Jack took the keys to his shiny two-door Audi, and, along with a few of his fellow vets, proceeded to fill Bazemore’s car with bags upon bags of buttery popcorn. Kent is just lucky Richard Jefferson didn’t get his wish, or it would have been the sticky caramel, ruin your upholstery stuff instead.
If this prank seems familiar, it should be, because way back in 2006 the exact same joke was perpetrated by Jason Richardson and a younger, lesser tatted Matt Barnes on the ever forgettable Patrick O’Bryant. Don’t blame Jack for reusing the prank, this just proves that like a well placed whoopee cushion, the ever popular “pull my finger” bit, or a fine bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, good gags don’t die, they just get better with age.
