The Memphis Grizzlies have traded fifth-year forward, Darrell Arthur, and the rights to their No. 55 pick from Thursday’s NBA draft, Joffrey Lauvergne, to the Denver Nuggets for sixth-year center, Kosta Koufos.
According to Denver Nuggets:
The Denver Nuggets have acquired F Darrell Arthur and the draft rights to Joffrey Lauvergne from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for C Kosta Koufos, general manager/executive vice president of basketball operations Tim Connelly announced tonight.

The Memphis Grizzlies have selected power forward Joffrey Lauvergne, from Partizan in the Adriatic League with the 55th pick in Thursday's draft.
Lauvergne, 6-foot-11, 235 pounds, was not expected to stay with the Grizzlies. The 55th pick was part of a proposed trade that would send the rights to Lauvergne and forward Darrell Arthur to Denver for center Kosta Koufous.
The Denver Nuggets have traded Kosta Koufos to the Memphis Grizzlies for Darrell Arthur and the 55th overall pick.
Koufos started for the Nuggets last season, but the team is committed to JaVale McGee.
