Pietrus is a great wing guy, shoots a deadly three and brings much energy off the bench. But he’s still without a team. Partially because he refuses to play for the league minimum and that’s a problem in today’s game where all the dollars are tied up with big names. Word is though that the Lakers are liking Pietrus, along with Raja Bell. But Bell needs to be bought out first before the Lakers can touch him. Perhaps playing for a championship contender will convince Pietrus to play for the minimum?
