The topsy-turvy nature of Dwight Howard's future keeps changing, as reports now are that there has been a shift in tone as of late and he might be warming up to the idea of staying in Orlando.
The Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers and New Jersey Nets are still the three preferred destinations for Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard if the team decides to trade him.
But while Howard would prefer to go to one of those places, Orlando could end up shipping him to another team if they get a better package in return.

Scratch the Chicago Bulls as a possible landing spot for Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard.
During a visit to Chicago to play the Bulls on Thursday, the Magic center was not receptive to the idea of playing in the Windy City.
“Nah, it’s pretty cold here,” Howard said.
Howard, who can become an unrestricted free agent after the season, has asked the team to trade him.
Dwight Howard lived up to his nickname “Superman” last night as he caught a sick alley-oop from Jameer Nelson. The dunk was even more important seeing that it tied the game at 90 a piece with two minutes left in regulation. The Magic would go on to win the game 99-94. Howard finished with 29 points, 18 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Not a bad day at the office.
