Pau is not the only one of the Gasol brothers who has injury concerns. His brother, Marc Gasol, suffered an abdominal tear and will be out indefinitely. Gasol actually suffered the injury back on March 6th, but Gasol aggravated it and will have to miss time now.According to Brett Pollakof of NBC Sports, Gasol will now be shut down and could mis the rest of the season. He managed...
The Memphis Grizzlies announced Saturday that center, Marc Gasol, will be out indefinitely with an abdominal tear. This is a huge blow to Memphis who sit just a 1/2 game back of the Clippers for fourth place, and home-court advantage, in the Western Conference. Gasol, averaging 14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 68 games this season, has not missed a game up until this point...
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- There were a lot of Kevin Garnett jerseys inside FedExForum Saturday night. Kevin Garnett's was not one of them.
Garnett was one of four noticeable players missing from the Memphis and Boston starting lineups, along with Boston's Courtney Lee and Grizzlies starters Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol.
Randolph was in the doghouse after being late for shootaround...
Well I’m sure most of you have heard by now that we have lost Marc Gasol to a tear of the abdomen. Who knew he had abs? More sit-ups this offseason Marc! So right as we get one Gasol brother back from injury, we lose the other, and it couldn’t have come at a worse time with playoffs going currently going on. Marc has been labeled “out indefinitely”. Personally, I hate that...
Don't get me wrong, Tyler Hansbrough had been a beast in the last three games while David West has been out with a back injury, but tonight's 87-84 loss against the Bulls shows why the Pacers still need their rock.
Hansbrough only had 7 points and 6 rebounds tonight, snapping his double-double streak at 3 games, and looked foolish at times on the defensive end against...
We already knew that there was a good chance Courtney Lee would be out tonight, but now we find out KG is also hurt. From the Celtics’ official Twitter:
Kevin Garnett and Courtney Lee are both out tonight with sprained left ankles.

No word on how KG hurt his ankle. Multiple media reporting he will have an MRI back in Boston on Monday...
The Indiana Pacers did fine initially without David West, but the power forward's absence may be starting to catch up to them.
It's hard to say, though, how missing West will affect Monday night's matchup with an Atlanta Hawks team seeking a third straight road victory.
Indiana (43-27) won its first three games without the power forward before falling 87-84 at Chicago...
The Celtics said Kevin Garnett and Courtney Lee are expected to miss Saturday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies with left ankle injuries.
The Grizzlies said center Marc Gasol will sit out with an abdominal tear, and coach Lionel Hollins said forward Zach Randolph won't start because of an internal matter.
Randolph is the team's leading rebounder at 11.6 boards...

Summing up the chaos here in Memphis...Kevin Garnett, Courtney Lee and Marc Gasol all out. Zach Randolph (alarm clock issue) won't start.

Breakthrough: The Memphis Grizzlies, without their giant cuddly Marc Gasol bear in the middle, witnessed the first player in this season to drop 40+ points on them since Westbrook in the 2011 playoffs. And that player was none other than John Wall, who answered every single critic with a career high 47 points on 13 of 22 shooting, 7 rebounds and 8 assists to...
There is no question that the Indiana Pacers are one of the league's deepest teams, but the Central Division leaders would prefer to have their entire roster available at once.
They could move closer to full strength Wednesday night if Lance Stephenson and David West return for the start of a four-game trip that kicks off against a resurgent Houston Rockets team.
