Tim Duncan Has No Time For Your Announcer Shenanigans

The Big Fundamental has a sense of humor, who would’ve thought? During warmups, Duncan mega videobombed Spurs announcer Sean Elliott by playfully shoving his unsuspecting former teammate off of his chair. Elliott and Duncan played together from 1997-2001 and won an NBA Finals championship in Elliott’s final year. [CBS Sports] Article found on: Next Impulse Sports

Spurs Haven’t Practiced In Over A Month

Who needs practice when you have all time greats littered everywhere on the roster. According to the San Antonio Express-News, the Spurs have had such a brutal schedule over the last month, that head coach Gregg Popovich can’t remember the last time they practiced. Eight days remain in the cruelest two months of the season for the Spurs, a stretch coach Gregg Popovich has called...

As previously noted on That NBA Lottery Pick, we love a good videobomb or three and before the start of last night’s Toronto Raptors/San Antonio Spurs game, Mr. Duncan provided us with one. Watch as he decides to do a little bit of high-kicking in the direction of former teammate/current Spurs color analyst Sean Elliot and knocks him off screen: *** Tim Duncan image courtesy of Getty Images

Danny Green goes back in time to down Raptors

Coming off a record-setting binge shooting performance in the NBA Finals, the baseline of expectations for Danny Green may have been a little high for a notorious streak shooter the internet has lovingly labeled Icy Hot.  Stand toe-to-toe with Ray Allen, during a playoff run where Green also traded a few three-pointers with Stephen Curry, and perceptions understandably change...

The Thunder Top The Spurs For Their 9th Straight Victory, And Have Now Won 17 Of The Last 18.

This one wasn’t quite the pasting that other teams have been forced to endure at the hands of the Thunder. But, a win is a win, and I’ll take it either way. Russell Westbrook looks for an outlet pass, as Tony Parker trails. Westbrook’s 31 points led all scorers, while Parker’s 23 led all Spurs scorers. In the first meeting of the season between these two squads, it was...

CC video of the day: Splitter airballs easy hook

Standing at 7-foot, one would think an NBA player would have no issues knocking down an easy 2-foot hook shot.... right? Well apparently not for Spurs' Tiago Splitter. During the Spurs-Warriors recent matchup, Tiago found himself with a wide-open hook shot only to see it fall short... very short. Check out Tiago blowing a wide open hook shot. How embarrassing. Raptors-Spurs Preview

San Antonio...

Rockets-Spurs Preview

James Harden once again was tough to stop for the San Antonio Spurs last month. The Spurs, however, may not have to worry about the Houston Rockets' top scorer in Wednesday night's home meeting between the Southwest Division's top teams.
