This news means that the Utah Jazz are without both Paul Millsap and  Al Jefferson, who earlier this week agreed to a huge deal with the Charlotte Bobcats. The Jazz clearly are looking to re-build around Trey Burke, Alec Burks, Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors, and Enes Kanter. The Jazz have decided it would be better to let these young guys fend for themselves and grow as a young unit instead of having their growth stunted by solid veterans who weren’t leading the Jazz to a championship. image from As for the Hawks, this move indicates that Josh Smith is likely on his way out of Atlanta, and they are looking for a guy to replace him.
