INDIANAPOLIS -- Who needs rest after playing a triple-overtime game the night before? Evidently not the Toronto Raptors, who edged the Indiana Pacers 74-72 Tuesday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse despite getting outscored 14-5 in the fourth quarter. "Our defense carried us," Raptors coach Dwane Casey said. "Defense will travel well. If your defense is not rolling, you're going to get beat by 20." The Pacers had four chances to tie or win the game in final 38 seconds but missed them all. David West, George Hill and Paul George (twice) missed shots. DeMar DeRozan led the Raptors with 15 points. Hill led all scorers with 18 points. The Raptors lost 140-133 in triple-overtime to the Utah Jazz on Monday night in Toronto. "We were exhausted," DeRozan said, "but it's about gutting it out.
