Tonight at the ACC there will be a buzz in the building making you think the Lakers, Thunder or even the Clippers were in town. But you’d be wrong son. The electricity in the air will be from Ricky Rubio making his ACC debut and that means a lot of lobs and slick dishes for points.

The kid has been built up to Stockton status over the years as the NBA waited for him to come. The Timberwolves were banking on it all being true but they have had a bad run of luck and choices.

So it is great to see it all coming true. Rubio is the real deal and at this point, the front runner to win Rookie of the Year.

When was the last time there was this much press for the Timberwolves (at least of the good kind?).

The Raptors start a rough three games in three nights stretch. The good news is they are against teams that are all beatable.

Tonight’s game should be the tougest and despite Casey wanting defense out of his team, I can see this one being a run and gun shoot out.

Hopefull the Raptors can break 70 points though, or that don’t have a shot.

The Raptors are 3.5-point favorites which seems pretty fair to me.

Here is what you will see a lot of tonight just to get you ready.
