Though his agent is denying any negotiations, the New Jersey Nets are reportedly close to signing free agent forward Andrei Kirilenko, who is currently playing in Russia with CSKA Moscow. Via Sportando: “Source confirms that Andrei Kirilenko is on his way to leave CSKA Moscow and join New Jersey Nets where he will sign a multi-year deal.” Kirilenko broke his nose last month but has since recovered, and should be ready to play when he returns to the NBA.
