Will the Orlando Magic select Ben Mclemore out of Kansas, or will they let another team?Photo Credit: SBNation The rebuilding Orlando Magic followed a growing tradition in the NBA of having the worst record in the league, and yet not being able to capitalize by winning the NBA Draft Lottery and the number one pick in the draft. Instead, the Magic were awarded the second pick, but may not want to stay there. According to CBS Sports (via The Orlando Sentinel), the Magic are looking to trade down in the draft, and are dangling their second pick to the highest bidder, and have “quite a few suitors,” says Brian K. Schmitz of the Sentinel It will be interested to see how the Magic move forward, as they are undoubtedly more than one player away in their rebuilding process. However, the Magic showed promise despite their record last season, seemingly finding good building blocks in Nik Vucevic, Moe Harkless, and Tobias Harris. With Jameer Nelson probably not being part of their future plans, Michigan point guard Trey Burke would be a logical selection at the number two spot. If the Magic and their front office do not think Burke is worth the selection, it would be very wise to try and trade out. As Royce Young points out in his article for CBS (who also covers the Thunder for dailythunder.com), the Oklahoma City Thunder may be a darkhorse candidate for trading up, as they hold two first round selections: One team to keep an eye on could be the Oklahoma City Thunder who own the No. 12 and 29 picks in the draft along with a couple young assets in Jeremy Lamb, Reggie Jackson andPerry Jones III. The Thunder were interested in dealing James Harden around draft time last year to select Bradley Beal and McLemore is a similar kind of player. While I don’t see the Thunder making such a drastic move, many teams may be interested in Mclemore, and willing to trade up to grab the young stud out of Kansas. Another name to watch is Victor Oladipo out of Indiana, who has already been named as a player that teams may be willing to trade up for.  Either way, in a weak draft, as many experts are calling this one, it is common to see teams try and target one specific player, and the Orlando Magic may be the ultimate benefactor of this phenomenon. NBA Report: McLemore on Cavs' radar at No. 1

CLEVELAND -- As can be expected, the Cavaliers are still kicking around ideas on what to do with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft. Should they try to trade it?
