Knicks Journal :
As Knicks fans watch teams like the Lakers and 76ers fortify their front courts in the massive NBA trade reportedly going down, perhaps they can at least find peace in the fact that their own all-star big man, Amar'e Stoudemire, is dedicated to improving his game. The above video clip, which comes exclusively from Team STAT, includes new footage from Stoudemire's workouts with Hakeem "The Dream" Olajuwon. In the new video, the Knicks star also shares his motivation for putting in that extra work this summer, citing his fans and their loyalty during what was an underwhelming season for the big man.Stoudemire talks about feeling like a student of the game all over again, which could certainly be a good mentality to have. As we've mentioned here before, STAT and "The Dream" appear to be working on his movement around the basket. Already known as a solid pick and roll player, things would really open up for Stoudemire if he were able to allude defenders wi...
BEST OF MAXIM
Embedded above is a video of Amare Stoudemire running through a couple of drills with Hakeem Olajuwon, who has now worked out with 86% of the active NBA. While the video does show Amare Stoudemire putting a ball in the hoop, I’m pretty confident he only posted it in order to show off his latest fashion statement, which, apparently, is short shorts.
Why this man can’t focus...
How awesome is this? Being a little kid sports fan is by far the best thing in the world. At one point I thought this kid said “the Knicks don’t like Chinese Lin”. “We can still go to a Knick’s game if you want.” “F%ck that idea DAD!” Haha!
The good news is and the reason we are posting this video now is; Jeremy Lin actually Skyped with this little dude to cheer...
Apparently, Carmelo Anthony is a beast at one-on-one and seems to be undefeated as far as that goes via himself. Yup, apparently Carmelo Anthony’s memory is so pristine he remembers every one-on-one game ever and knows he has never lost. Elie Seckbach poses this question to Melo: Question: I have $500 bucks. If you, [...]
As we head into the challenge round of our All Time NBA Mock Draft we have learned a couple of things about people’s views on the history of the NBA.

Vibe and Footlocker have recently teamed up to release The Dream Team Uncut, an online series illustrating the importance and success of the 1992 Dream Team. In the 1st episode, Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith share their thoughts on the best team ever assembled:
In 6 games, Carmelo Anthony has been solid for Team USA averaging 17.3 points (36-63 FGA-M, 57%) and 4.5 rebounds off the bench. He was even able to set new U.S. Olympic records for points in a game (37), 3-pointers attempted (12), and 3-pointers made (10), all while shooting 2nd best from beyond the arc at 53%- only behind Kevin Durant’s impressive 57%. Little did we know, he’s...

“I cant wait to bounce back next season, give it all I got, and try to bring a championship”
Facundo Campazzo called it retribution, something akin to eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth -- only the body part in question was well south of Carmelo Anthony's pearly whites. Campazzo went from unknown to infamous in a matter of moments Monday when he landed a punch to Anthony's Syracuse Orangemen during the U.S. men's basketball team's 126-97 victory over Argentina...
