The Military Bowl will feature one of the military academies - just not the one they were planning on.
Officials announced Sunday that Air Force will play Toledo in the fourth edition of the bowl game at RFK Stadium in the nation's capital on Dec. 28.
This year's game was planned to match Navy vs. a team from the Atlantic Coast Conference, but Navy isn't bowl-eligible...
