Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook sprained his right knee during the third quarter in last night's double overtime win against the Raptors. according to Ryan Wolstat on Twitter. Westbrook was helped off the court and did not return.As reported last night, Westbrook faked a jump shot, but Kyle Lowry took the bait and landed hard on Westbrook's knee. Westbrook automatically shouted in pain and slammed the ball on the court. He was helped by fellow teammates into the locker room and was declared out when the final quarter began. The Thunder went on to win in a thriller 119-118.
