1. Kevin Durant Dunks on Andrew Bynum-The Oklahoma City Thunder just destroyed the Los Angeles Lakers in their 1st game in the Western Conference semi-finals. The Thunder cruised to a 29 point victory and in the blow out they had many highlight plays. The best play of the night goes to Thunder superstar Kevin Durant who threw a monster dunk on one of the best shot blockers in the NBA. The play happened in the 1st minute of the game. Durant came off a series of screens and took a pass from Russell Westbrook near the top of the circle. Then Durant took one dribble and threw down a monster left handed dunk on the Lakers center Andrew Bynum. There is no doubt that this play set a tone for the game. Durant just went right around Metta World Peace and threw down monster jam with his opposite hand. Bynum had 10 blocks in an earlier game in the playoffs versus the Denver Nuggets. Durant finished the game with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. He would have finished with a lo...

Kevin Durant’s From My Hood To Your Hood Tour Documentary

This documentary is absolutely great and it takes us through Kevin Durant’s 2011 summer in the form of a film entitled “From My Hood to Your Hood Tour.” The film covers all of the 2011 summer league games including the Goodman League, Drew League and Melo League games and ends with the EBC at Rucker Park. Just great stuff in time for the Western Conference Finals featuring...

Kevin Durant threw down over Tim Duncan

Kinda. Duncan pretty much decided to go off to the side, rather than take Durant head on. There wasn’t much he could, anyway. The Oklahoma City Thunder ran the Spurs out of the building last night, and reminded everyone that they are a pretty darn good basketball team. The San Antonio Spurs still lead the [...]

What in the holy heck were Durant and Westbrook wearing last night? (pics)

“Kevin and Russell: you guys just won Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. What are you going to do?” “We’re going to Wacky Outfit World!” I suppose it is well within the rights of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook to dress as they please for postgame press conferences, especially in light of their impressive [...]

Durant, Thunder snap Spurs' winning streak at 20

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The San Antonio Spurs' winning streak came to a screeching halt Thursday. The question now is whether the Oklahoma City Thunder can actually turn the Western Conference finals into a series instead of serving as a mere road block in the Spurs' march to the NBA Finals. Kevin Durant and the Thunder smacked the Spurs 102-82 in Game 3 on Thursday night. ...

Post game style – Russell Westbrook & Kevin Durant

I fear that the days of showcasing what Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant are wearing in postgame are slowly waning. The Thunder was dropped by the Spurs in game two of the Western Conference finals on Tuesday night. Postgame for the two – who along with James Harden combined to score 88 points and still [...]

Tim Duncan Gets Dunked On By Kevin Durant

Timmy Duncan may have the 2-1 lead in the series now, but Kevin Durant wasn’t about to fold up the tent just quite yet. Durant took the opportunity to let Timmy D know that he is still an absolute beast on Thursday night during the Thunder’s win over the Spurs. via The Big Lead Article found on: Cosby Sweaters

San Antonio Spurs Win 20th Game in a Row, Go up 2-0 in WCF

The San Antonio Spurs dominant run through the NBA continued Tuesday with their 120-111 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference Finals. It was the 20th straight win for the Spurs, who are a perfect 10-0 so far through this year’s NBA playoffs. If they keep playing this way, it’s quite possible the Thunder will be home playing Party Bingo real soon instead...

Oklahoma City Thunder – San Antonio Spurs Game 3 Prediction

The San Antonio Spurs have now won 20 consecutive games. They blew past the Utah Jazz in the first round of the playoffs, winning by an average of 18 points. They were just as effective in round 2 against the LA Clippers, when every game other than the closeout game was a double digit win. Included in that run was game 3 against LA in which the Spurs were down 24 at one point, but...

Perkins: Duncan much smarter than Bynum

Now is probably not the best time to be commenting on basketball players' overall IQs (although Tim Duncan DID graduate in four years from Wake Forest). Now is the time to go on the court and show what you got. The Playoffs are a grueling challenge for every player. Your weaknesses are exposed more and more as the teams get better and better deeper in the Playoffs and your opponents...
