The 2013 Summer season will see the Adirondack Trail Blazers competing in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. The Trail Blazers have signed Eli Anderson of Northern Illinois University. Eli is a 6-0/220 pound RHP from Gleniew, IL.
This past season for the Huskies, Eli went 2-2 and had a 6.79 era in 50.1 innings pitched. He walked just 11 batters and he fanned 47 during the season. While used primarily as a starter, he will also be able to provide quality bullpen help.
Editors note: As is always the case with summer ball rosters, THEY CHANGE. These rosters are just preliminary and will change right up to the first pitch of summer baseball. A very wise summer baseball executive once told me that players don't show up because of "one of the three G's." To many regular season GAMES......poor GRADES.....and some don't want to leave their GIRLFRIENDS.
