Tyreke Evans
A physician in Los Angeles today found no further damage to Tyreke Evans’ sore left knee, and the Kings guard will re-join the team in Toronto on Friday night, team basketball president Geoff Petrie said in a news release.
Evans, who is averaging 15.1 points per game, will join his teammates for the third of a four-game road trip and continue to work out. The Kings say they hope that Evans returns to court when the team begins a five-game home stand on Monday against Memphis.
