Ray Williams was best known as a high scoring guard back in the 80′s for the Brooklyn Nets when they were still in New Jersey.

He also held down a lengthy stint with the New York Knicks as he bounced around the NBA as a member of the Boston Celtics and the Atlanta Hawks among others.

He passed away on March 22, 2013 from colon cancer at the age of 58.
