The Golden State Warriors veterans took part in a team building exercise at the expense of rookie Kent Bazemore when they filled his car with popcorn while he was working out on the treadmill. Would love to know how long it took to clean Bazemore's car afterwards. Video via GoldenStateWarriors. H/T BDL. The Golden State Warriors clinched their first playoff spot in twelve seasons and the team was obviously in good spirits. A few members pulled a prank on rookie Kent Bazemore’s car by filling it with popcorn.
Here’s the back-story of the hazing.
Cavaliers rookie Dion Waiters got his car filled with popcorn earlier in the season.
The Golden State Warriors have made their first playoffs since 2007, when they famously upset the San Antonio Spurs as the 8th seed in one of the most entertaining playoff series of all time. However, they are far more than the upset special of 2007, they are a legitimate playoff team with a chance to make some noise in these playoffs. So much has happened to the franchise over the...
According to Rusty Simmons, Andrew Bogut is listed day-to-day by the Warriors after an MRI revealed a bone bruise in his left ankle.
The center had already been ruled out for Friday’s tilt against the Lakers in So Cal.

Golden State guard Jarrett Jack attempts the worst full court shot of all time against Oklahoma City.
Fresh off surgery on a torn meniscus, Metta World Peace got quite the surprise Friday night against the Golden State Warriors and Jarrett Jack. Jack sent MWP skating after a nasty cross-over and pull up jumper.
No shot in basketball yields worse results than the full-court heave. When you are tossing up a desperation shot from 80-plus feet away, there is really no such thing as a bad miss. Although, the attempt Golden State Warriors point guard Jarrett Jack tossed up at the end of the first quarter against the Oklahoma City Thunder was pretty fun to watch.
As you can see, Jack caught an...
Jack would have come closer had he kicked the ball.
This “shot” got me thinking about this old ad…
Nothing to see here: just a horrible at a full court shot by Jarrett Jack at the end of the Warriors-Thunder game. Didn’t Jack travel before his attempt went twenty yards past the basket?
Metta World Peace shocked everyone by returning to the Lakers lineup earlier this week 12 days after he had surgery to repair a torn meniscus in is left knee. The procedure was supposed to keep him out six weeks. The comeback prompted Kobe Bryant to liken him to Wolverine. Chris Duhon went as far as calling MWP Superman. Superman, huh? Jarrett Jack’s handles are his kryptonite apparently.
During Thursday night’s Thunder-Warriors game at Oracle Arena, Jarrett Jack threw one of the worst 3/4 court heaves, ever. His attempt at the first quarter buzzer landed a good twenty rows into the stands. Maybe next time, Jack.

Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant are two of the most explosive athletes in the NBA. The two put that explosiveness on display in an amazing sequence of plays Thursday night while in Golden State visiting the Warriors. Check out the video below courtesy of NBA Mistress.
