The Mavs won a sixth straight game Friday in Philly with an 82-75 decision accomplished without three rotation guards. One of those is Delonte West, who is undergoing surgeries on his hand. The Mavs' official word? There is no timetable for his return. But medically speaking? DB.com staffer Jeff Stotts, a certified athletic trainer, helps us with a forecast:
