The Oklahoma City Thunder are used to developing young players that seemingly break onto the scene out of nowhere. With Kevin Durant as the exception, no other player on the roster was expected to reach the type of potential that the like of James Harden and Serge Ibaka have. The Thunder’s uncanny, and almost systematic way of developing their players has given them a roster full of stars. Filled with young core players, this gives very little room for another player to make heavy contributions. However, that is not to say they don’t have the players that will develop enough to become stars in their own right.
