Kobe Bryant is the ultimate competitor and that means there is no off-season for him “rest.” Kobe has had one of the best careers of all time and he is still going. He is a five-time NBA Champion, two-time NBA Finals MVP, a 14-time All-Star, two-time scoring champion, and league he has won the league MVP.  He has had success in international play as well, helping lead Team USA to a gold medal and a FIBA Americas gold medal. He is currently trying to help lead Team USA to consecutive gold medals in the London Olympics. People will say he should have sat out these Olympics this year to rest, but I couldn’t disagree more. First off, this will be his last Olympics as he is retiring from international play after these games. Second, people will say this will cause more wear and tear on his knee. I don’t think so. Kobe not Kobe so far for US men's Olympic team

Kobe Bryant is the most popular basketball player on the planet, the star of stars in a glittering galaxy of them on the U.S. men's Olympic team. His offensive repertoire is second-to-none.
