News and Notes Peyton Manning practiced fully Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice and will play Sunday against Washington. Michael Vick will run full-speed Friday to gauge if he’ll be able to play Sunday against New York. Nick Foles didn’t practice Thursday and in all likelihood will miss Sunday’s game with a concussion suffered last week. If Vick plays bump DeSean Jackson up your rankings a bit and Riley Cooper down a bit. Steven Jackson saw an increased workload Thursday in his second day back at practice since Week 2. Jackson didn’t declare himself ready to play Sunday, but as long as he makes it through practice unscathed Friday the veteran should be starting and in your lineups, unless you have much better options, against Arizona.
