As expected, 49ers practice squad wide receiver Joe Hastings has been promoted to the active roster for Sunday's game at St. Louis.
Hastings' promotion suggests either Ted Ginn (ankle) and/or Kyle Williams (concussion) will not play Sunday. Both players are listed as questionable.
