Although a compulsive scofflaw, some onlookers predict Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will use 2013 as a “launching pad” to breakout and become a superstar on the gridiron. Claiming the man Tennessee took out of Rutgers University 30th overall in the 2009 draft looks great, beat reporter Jim Wyatt says the 25-year-old Britt has “impressed coaches and teammates” in spring workouts.
