NFL News: The Arizona Cardinals signed wide receivers Jarett Dillard and Robert Gill. Robert Gill is an Arena Football League vet who played for the Kansas City Command each of the last two seasons. He should struggle mightily to make the final cut. But Jarett Dillard does have NFL experience and has a chance to make the team if he performs well enough in camp. Dillard was last seen on a football field in 2011 for the Jaguars. That year he caught a respectable 29 passes for 292 yards. Jarett caught at least one pass in all but one game in 2011. Dillard is also a good special teams player and that should help his chances of making the 53 man roster.
Fantasy Ramifications: Dillard holds some potential as an NFL player but neither of them should make waves in fantasy circles.

NFL News: The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to terms with former Seattle Seahawk, Paul Fanaika. Fanaika was drafted in the 7th round in 2009 and appeared in three games for the Hawks in 2011. He will serve as training camp depth and fight to make the final roster.
Fantasy Ramifications: The signing of Paul Fanaika has no fantasy ramifications.
