The Penalty Flag:
The two NFL teams from the Keystone State are struggling, to say the least. The Pittsburgh Steelers are 0-4 for the first time since 1968, and the Philadelphia Eagles have lost three straight after a dazzling display of offensive potency against the lowly Washington Redskins which, in all actuality, says more about Washington than it does about the Eagles.
Not surprisingly, both teams’ quarterbacks are struggling. Ben Roethlisberger and Michael Vick have thrown for only five touchdowns a piece through four games, and they’ve both lost more than two fumbles... Read more

HC Chip Kelly told reporters...
The prevailing view regarding Eagles coach Chip Kelly’s first NFL season goes like this: He doesn’t yet have the personnel he needs to run his offense.
Setting aside for now the question of whether he should maybe adjust his offense to the personnel he has the most important question regarding the team’s personnel for 2014 arises from the quarterback position.
