Bengals RB Bernard Scott Out For The Season With Knee Injury -Bengals placed RB Bernard Scott on injured reserve with a knee injury, ending his season. It’s believed Scott tore his left ACL. It’s a bitter end to a season where Scott could never get healthy. Scott missed Weeks 1 and 2 with a hand issue before turning his ankle in his Week 3 debut. He finishes with just eight carries for 35 yards. Scott has great athleticism, but he has only 284 career touches through four seasons to show for it. He’ll be a free agent at season’s end. Seemingly never able to earn the full trust of the Bengals’ coaching staff, it would likely be best if he moved on. A tandem of Cedric Peerman and Brian Leonard will now back-up plodding lead-back BenJarvus Green-Ellis. Neither is worth an own in fantasy leagues.Original Story Here!
