Speed has been a problem for the Browns’ wide receiving corps this season, but not in the way you might think.
Josh Gordon and Greg Little, who combined for 103 catches last season, have both had trouble obeying the speed limit this offseason.
Gordon was pulled over after driving 93 mph in a 60 mph zone last week, WOIO-TV in Cleveland reports, and has also failed to show up in court for a minor traffic violation.
Little, meanwhile, was ticketed Monday for cruising at 81 mph in a 60 mph zone. That violation may seen rather innocuous, but a police report obtained by WOIO also revealed that the wideout was driving with expired plates, and the station also discovered that Little had admitted to getting into an accident while driving an astounding 127 mph back in April.
According to police, Little’s car skidded 40 feet before colliding with a guardrail and knocking down a telephone pole. No injuries reported, however, and Little was assessed only a $350 fine.
