To say that the season thus far for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been one massive, smoldering dumpster fire sadly would be a tremendous understatement. Things appear to be coming apart at the seams for the Buccaneers. Internal strife and an assumed and persistent animosity that existed between head coach Greg Schiano and Josh Freeman […]The post Bucs defensive coordinator has had it with criticism, invites fans to help game plan appeared first on Sportress of Blogitude.
  • Give me half your salary, and I'll help you with your game plan... idiot!
  • The Tampa 2 works good with a decent pass rush, but you guys allow receivers to run their patterns all over the vacant areas of "zone defense" to catch the ball and then run 5 or more yards after the catch before a tackle can take place. If you can't put a corner back or safety on a receiver for tight coverage so if he's lucky to be able to catch the ball and tackled a second after the catch, draft someone who can. Other teams are nickel and diming you guys to death on short and open passes. Their quarterbacks have a hard time figuring out which open receiver to throw to. Even my wife can see the open areas and predict where the ball is going to be thrown and she hates football.......try good ole "man to Man coverage" and your linemen will have more time to cause sacks and fumbles or bad throws. I was a cornerback in college and damn good at it with my man coverage and made plenty of interceptions......try it coach and see the difference....we draft people who can do this hopefully
  • can't criticize the offense...there isn't any. who was calling the plays for Freeman...maybe the defensive coordinator? great players, morons coaching on all fronts.....clean house
