The Bay Cave:
So it looks like the Bucs and Darrelle Revis are no longer saying he is on track to hit the field against the Jets in the first week of the season. Instead, both sides are now saying they are “planning” on having him ready. I think that’s still too far down the road. Right now just going day by day, but that is the goal and we’ve talked about that. I want to be there, first day, first game, with my teammates. So much for the team counting on him being ready Week 1. It appears more and more now like it’ll just be a small hope for opening day and hold him out to be 100% come the second week against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints. But even with that, he may not even be 100%. And f they try to push him during the preseason, we can forget him making it through the preseason.

Buccaneers cornerback Darrelle Revis should be a go for Week 1 against the Jets. Assuming he hasn't lost a step, Revis should continue to be one of the most feared corners in the game.

I never played this game to get into the Hall of Fame, I played this game to retire my mother.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneer, Warren Sapp
Warren Sapp made his career out of talking trash and backing it up. He was a man who brought pride into every down he played from the first time he put on pads, to his last snap in the NFL. It was that pride that motivated...
It was a great weekend to watch NFL TV wasn't it Bucs fans? We got to see the return of NFL on the tube, and one of our own, Warren Sapp, inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame!
I especially enjoyed the NFL Films show about Sapp, "Relentless" as it was a very well documented trip down memory lane. Where there a few parts that were a bit off? Sure, there always...
Many Bucs fan were shocked to see Leonard Johnson listed as the starting corner when the 2013 depth chart was released. Fans could just see the name TOAST applied to Johnson at some point before October!
Truth is, Johnson has impressed Bucs coaches, but the real starting corner will have to earn his spot on the roster, and that is what the Bucs are doing with Johnthan Banks...

The Pasco County Sheriff's office says an officer responded to a call about an argument at Darby's home in Land O'Lakes. Darby's wife told police they started arguing when she wanted to leave to take care of some things and Darby pushed her in the chest.
