The NFL moves on to Week 5 of the season. One of the unbeaten teams will be on display on "Sunday Night Football" as they take on a divisional foe. The Buffalo Bills will host the New England Patriots.
Buffalo is looking to put an absolute stranglehold on the AFC East through five weeks. At 4-0 they are two games ahead of the Patriots in the divisional standings. The Dolphins and Jets have just one combined win at the bottom of the division.
New England knows they are an underdog, but at 2-2 and coming off a win, they are looking to keep momentum going and spring an upset.
The Bills and Patriots understand the stakes in this Week 5 matchup.
Jeremy White, who covers the Bills for WGR 550, shared what the team is planning for fans before the game:
"The @BuffaloBills are handing out 70k rally towels and encouraging fans to wear white in the stands too."

Along with the rally towels and white-out in the crowd, the team announced last month they would wear their "Cold Front" uniforms. The jerseys were designed over two years for this occasion.

"The 'Cold Front' uniform is more than a look. It's the city's DNA stitched into fabric. When you think Buffalo Bills football you think ice in the air, grit in the soul, and a city that thrives in the cold. It's not just iconic. It's Buffalo."
Head coach Sean McDermott and the Bills also know the history here. The Patriots knocked off Buffalo in Week 18 a season ago, 23-16. That win cost New England the top overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. It was the second straight season the two teams split the series. The last time New England swept Buffalo was in 2019.
This is the first of two meetings between the rivals this year. Buffalo will travel to Foxborough in Week 15 for the rematch.
This game features two of the league’s top quarterbacks early in the season. Drake Maye, in his second year with New England, has thrown for 988 yards and seven touchdowns with just two interceptions. Josh Allen, the defending MVP, has passed for 964 yards and seven touchdowns with only one interception.
