The San Diego defensive tackle with the Hello Kitty Smart Car went all Halloween-y with his latest hairstyle. Unfortunately his festive do did nothing to help his team’s fortunes, as Garay’s Chargers lost in OT to the Kansas City Chiefs, 23-20.
Thankfully Garay didn’t go for the full Jack O’Lantern effect and shove a lit candle in his ear, because that would have been just plain wacky.
See, the Great Pumpkin does exist Charlie Brown…and he plays defense for the San Diego Chargers.

Unlike the past few years, the San Diego Chargers started their season strong; leading the AFC West Division and racking up four wins early in the season. For a team that started last season at 0-1 before quickly sliding to 3-5 by this time last year, that’s a great record. The Chargers were content milking the clock down to about three seconds and kicking the game winning field goal as time expired. On Halloween night, fate decided to give the Chargers a trick instead of a treat. Phillip Rivers' job was to center the ball for a field goal, but he couldn't handle a routine...
The San Diego Chargers will sign free agent defensive end Everette Brown as long as he passes a physical. Brown was released prior to this season by the Carolina Panthers who selected him in the second round of the 2009 NFL draft. In his first two seasons in the NFL, Brown only has a total [...]
The San Diego Chargers have signed free agent Everette Brown, who played two seasons at defensive end for the Carolina Panthers.
You know what we've got tonight, ladies and gentlemen? We've got a Monday Night Football matchup between two teams with records of .500 or better. We haven't had a lot of those, so savor the flavor.
The San Diego Chargers invade Arrowhead, where it's always difficult to beat the Kansas City Chiefs. It's Halloween, too, so you're not going to want to miss the...
