Trindon Holliday is one of the most electrifying punt returners in the game of football today. The 5’6 Denver Broncos wide receiver is extremely quick and elusive, but he had one of the more embarrassing games of his four-year NFL tenure last night in front of a national audience on Sunday Night Football.
After fumbling a first quarter punt, a giveaway that would eventually lead to a Colts touchdown, Holliday proceeded to get absolutely lit up by Indianapolis punter Pat McAfee on the ensuing kickoff. Like, this wasn’t just a big hit for a punter…this would have been a big hit for anyone on the field.
At 5’6, Holliday is the shortest player currently in the NFL, which could help explain why McAfee was able to get such a good lick on him. Either way, a pretty embarrassing highlight permanently embedded on Holiday’s NFL resume. I’m sure he’s going to catch some heat for that one in the locker room and on the practice field for quite some time.

Who says punters can’t tackle? Pat McAfee, the Indianapolis Colts punter, laid the wood on return man Trindon Holliday during Sunday’s bout between the Colts and the Broncos. This might be the new definition of ‘dropping the hammer’.
Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos have won 17 consecutive regular season games and they have not been tested at all. Manning and his crew have not not only been beating team but they have been dismantling them and taking no prisoners. However there is a formula to beating Manning, even with rules designed to help the offense, if your team can do these three things they can beat...
We’ve seen Broncos’ wide receiver Wes Welker make some supreme catches throughout his career, but this one absolutely blew me away. How did he ever come down with that? Not even a video game could duplicate something like that. Check it out!
Pure athleticism from one of the league’s best receivers. Take it in.

Dropping Wes Welker for Danny Amendola is looking like a worse decision every week. Is Amendola just unlucky or is there something to his constant string of injuries?
Raj: Honestly, he's just unlucky. But that doesn't mean that dropping Welker for him was justified. I mean look at Welker this season. He is unreal! And Amendola has not done a single thing since he landed...

Indianapolis Colts versus Denver Broncos was not the highest rated NFL regular season game in history. Many of us thought it indeed would be. It has to settle for good ratings, decent ratings, but not record breaking. The Peyton Manning Homecoming Game or “Peyton Manning Bowl” was ALL CAPS! in its HYPE AND PROMOTION.

Any talk of the Denver Broncos potentially running the table and going 16-0 this season ended on Sunday night when they lost to the Indianapolis Colts.
