New Tampa Bay Buccaneer cornerback Darrelle Revis wanted to take a parting shot at the team he feels betrayed him.
Revis while rehabbing his injured knee, found out the Jets were willing to trade him in February through the media, but to his face they said they wanted him.
What became a circus of sorts, the cornerback maintains he wanted to stay a Jet, but GM John Idzik flat out lied to him.
According to Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com, though he’s now in Tampa Bay, he’s still puzzled on what went wrong.
"I feel like I haven't gotten the truth (from the Jets)," Revis said. "Anybody who tells you, 'You're going to be a Jet,' but what's the truth? ... Definitely I feel like I haven't gotten the truth." "I know it's a lie."
"Woody doesn’t want to talk to me. He stayed as far away as he could. ... As a friend, I feel for Rex. He played a big part in my career. I feel for him," Revis said.

Multiple league sources believe Idzik will use his two first-round picks on a guard (talk about conservative) and a pass-rusher. Possible targets are North Carolina guard Jonathan Cooper, Alabama guard Chance...

10) If you know any Jets fans right now, please feel free to reach out and remind them that there is so much more to life than football
9) Revis has $96 million coming from the Bucs, but if he stays hurt, he won't make a dime, which is kind of a massive refutation to the idea that the NFLPA exists
8) The Jets might now be able to draft a CB with the pick...

It’s nearly impossible–no it IS impossible–to accurately predict what every team in the draft is going to do when Roger Goodell takes the podium (BOOO!!!) on Thursday night. But that can’t stop us from hoping certain things are going to happen before John Idzik hands in his first card as General Manager of the New York Jets, right? As we know, the Jets hold the 9th and 13th...
