If you implemented the wait on a defense plan, then you may be looking for a defense to play this week. I will look at 3 defenses that could be good plug and play options this week.
Panthers @ Vikings
The Panthers front 7 ate up Carson Palmer and caused 3 picks. The same could happen this week. Christian Ponder or Matt Cassel, it won’t matter.
Buccaneers vs Eagles
This is a tougher matchup for the Eagles then you might think. Nick Foles gets his first start of the season and it’s on the road against a Bucs team that is rested and may want to make a statement. The Eagles have allowed 4 defensive TDs this season and double digit points to opposing defenses in 2 of the last 3.
Colts @ Chargers
The Colts D is no cake walk this season and they are a top 5 fantasy D as well. They have scored TDs in back to back games and although Philip Rivers has been on fire, he is still having turnovers. I see this as a game where the Chargers will have to throw and the Colts D who have double digit points in 3 straight, could make it 4.

Off to a 1-3 start, the team is hoping to reproduce their first win of the season next week against the Carolina Panthers. The team has many issues to work out before they can get the 2013 season back on the right path.
