Rob Gronkowski and his bro-tastic brothers are unhappy with a local t-shirt maker in Boston. The scoundrel is trying to make a little cash of the name that they--and namely Rob--have made so popular with a t-shirt that speaks to the fan base of the hard-partying tight end of the New England Patriots. Rob and his brothers formed a company--Gronk Nation--that sells Gronk inspired apparel. They actually have trademarked “Gronk Nation,” “Gronk” and “Get Gronk’d” and are working on one for just "Gronk" (but according to their lawyers that's protected as well). They are suing Sully's for infringing on their trademark and selling illegal Gronkowski attire. I get it. People--especially celebrities--like to talk about protecting their good names. They don't want others to bash it, abuse it, or even worse--make money off of it. It is understandable. They work hard to get to a point to where there name can make money so all the power to them.
