Tom Brady and the New England Patriots are in unfamiliar territory.
A couple of facts:
- The Patriots haven’t lost three games in a row in the Belichick era since his first season as head-coach
- The Patriots haven’t been two games below .500 since, well, that same season.
- The Patriots haven’t been in last place in the division since, ****, that same season.
Basically? It’s been a really long time since the New England Patriots were in this situation. Couple that with a hungry and talented Bills team that beat the Patriots in this stadium last year? We have the recipe for danger for the Patriots.
This is the youngest team of the Belichick era for the New England Patriots. The “They’ll win because that’s what Belichick teams do” doesn’t apply. This team needs to learn how to win games and if they don’t, it might be a long season in New England.
Here’s one thing we know for certain. Tom Brady isn’t going to be this pedestrian all season long. He is one of the few guys on this roster that knows what it takes to win. At some point he will turn it on and it will likely be sooner rather than later.
Doesn’t this feel like a day where Tom Brady will unleash the beast?
BEST OF MAXIM
Tom Brady led an offensive assault on the Bills' defense on Sunday afternoon. But aside from the Patriots demoralizing 52-28 blowout win, Brady also had a few choice words for the Buffalo fans as well. After rushing for a touchdown near the end of the third quarter to tie the score at 21-21, Brady went to the bench in a fit of excitement. But an official review seemed to cool...

Back at the Super Bowl, Tom Brady dissed Buffalo hotels. He said they're not "the nicest places in the world". Oops.Northtown Automotive, the official automotive dealer of the Buffalo Bills, took those words to...
New England Patriots QB Tom Brady cursed Bills fans in today’s game following a touchdown that was reviewed by referees. The call was reviewed and when it was ruled that it was indeed a Patriots touchdown, Brady had a few things to say to Bills fans. Brady appears to say, F*** You B******

DON'T NEED TO WORK BLUE!
In yesterday's New England Patriots - Buffalo Bills game, the officials reviewed Tom Brady's rushing touchdown in the 3rd quarter to make sure his knee didn't hit the ground before the ball made it into the end zone. After the officials confirmed the ruling on the field and deemed it a touchdown, Bills fans got a bit restless, and Tom Brady responded to them by saying...
“The Mighty Brady” Tom Brady meets Thor Mashup.
Tom Brady enjoyed one heck of a second half against the Buffalo Bills today. The game didn’t start well for the Pats’ offense as Buffalo led 21-7 early in the second half. But as they do, the Patriots stormed back, outscoring the Bills 45-7 in the final quarter and a half. On the game-tying touchdown, Brady took it upon himself as the Red Sea parted to scramble and score...
New England quarterback Tom Brady led a second-half massacre with 199 yards on 12 of 18 passing after the break as the Patriots throttled Buffalo by a score of 52-28.Fantasy Spin:Brady (340 passing yards, 120.1 QB rating) only threw for 141 yards on 10-of-18 passing in the first two quarters but he was brilliant after half-time, tossing for three scores and running for another. Wes...
After scoring a four yard touchdown run against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Tom Brady had a message to Bills fans.
I guess Buffalo has a problem with keeping their pants up.
The Patriots' offense put on a second-half clinic on Sunday, lead by Tom Brady. Brady wasn't without help though, getting great performances from Rob Gronkowski, Wes Welker and running backs Brandon Bolden and Stevan Ridley. Gronkowski made a great catch on a rarely competed deep ball from Brady, but struggled for the remainder of the first half, letting a couple passes bounce...
Comments from the Other Side is back this week! We skipped last week because I doubted any Patriots fans would want to hear Ravens fans gloat. No one on twitter seemed to have a problem with that. Bills fans were very up and down this game, mostly down. They hated Fitzpatrick one minute, loved him the next, and then went right back to hating him. There were a lot of excuses made...
The New England Patriots are at their worst when Tom Brady is on the ground. The New York Giants have given the rest of the NFL the blueprint on how to beat New England by getting to Brady early and often. While that is easier said than done, the Buffalo Bills are expected to dial up the pressure against Brady on Sunday, a task made slightly easier with the fact that starting guard...
While Tom Brady was leading the Patriots to a come from behind victory over the Bills, our divisional rivals the Jets were crashing and burning at the Meadowlands. After their 34-0 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, Rex Ryan's post game press conference consisted of giving his recipe of how to get your a$$ kicked. Anyone find it funny that Ryan used a recipe, given his love for...
As explosive as New England's offense was during its second-half surge against Buffalo on Sunday, the Patriots defense might have been the ringleader for the quick turnaround.
While quarterback Tom Brady was busy orchestrating another patented comeback, leading the offense to 580 total yards of offense and 45 second-half points, New England's defense actually ignited the...
Seven from Sunday - Week 4. Drew Brees ties Johnny Unitas, Tom Brady ties Brett Favre and the Vikings and Rams special teams accomplish something that has never been done in the history of the great American game.
