'It's a disappointment' — Josh Allen turns heads with postgame comments just seconds after Bills Week 4 win

Getting a victory in the NFL isn't always easy to come by. Buffalo squeaked out a victory over the New Orleans Saints in Week 4, with the offense, once again, putting up more than 30 points.

However, quarterback Josh Allen pointed to one disappointing area in the team's victory, and it goes beyond his interception during the contest. The reigning MVP was asked how scary the offense can be while scoring more than 30 points but still leaving points on the board.

"We want to go out there and we want to score on every single drive," Allen said. "Every time we stall or turn the ball over or punt, for that matter, we feel like it's a disappointment. We're going to watch this film and try to learn from it and put ourselves in better situations early on in the game and try to stay as two-dimensional as possible and go from there."

Defense showed up when it mattered most

Bills Mafia, rightfully so, had some mixed feelings after the victory. While the team remains undefeated, the defense looks to be a continued issue.

However, to their credit, in the biggest moments, players rose to the occasion and helped lock the game up for Buffalo. Two sacks on quarterback Spencer Rattler on the final drive of the game and safety Cole Bishop's unforgettable interception were two of the bright spots for the defense.

After the contest, Allen began with a statement about just how difficult it is to win in the league, but Buffalo continues to find a way to get it done. Ultimately, that's all that matters at the end of the day.

"We play in the NFL. Every team we play is more than capable of winning each and every week," Allen said. "They came out, they had a really good game plan offensively and defensively. They're a team that's establishing a culture with their head coach. It seems like they're doing things the right way over there. They came ready to play today."

Allen would not be denied in the fourth quarter

While the defense held strong in the final moments, Allen once again put on his Superman cape late in the fourth quarter for an electric run that helped set up a touchdown pass to Dalton Kincaid. It'll never get old seeing the reigning MVP stiff-arm and juke his way across the field for a monster gain.

After the game, the superstar quarterback opened up on that series of plays, giving all the credit in the world to the system Buffalo deploys and his teammates who made it all possible. Once again, Allen proved to be an MVP both on and off the football field.

"Third and about give, just kind of got to the back of my drop and was feeling a little bit at the feet and just decided to tuck it," Allen said. "I'm kicking myself, though, cause Dalton ran a fantastic route and it would've been an easy completion. Decided to make it a little harder on ourselves and do that. Again, just trying to do what I can to help win football games and get a first down there, that's all I was trying to do."

Regardless of what happened during the game, Buffalo once again found a way to win. The Bills have yet to play their best football, and that may be the scariest part for the rest of the league.
