Jerod Mayo back at practice for Patriots less than two weeks after spraining MCL. Yes, I’m pretty shocked by the new that Mayo was back at practice today, not that I think he’ll play this weekend, but it’s a positive sigh for sure. If you look at how the injury happened we probably shouldn’t be that surprised. There was no contact, it was like he just stepped on it wrong and suddenly realized “Ow that hurts for some reason”. So the signs point to having him back for Pittsburgh which is a far more important game in the big picture that this one against the Cowboys. Yayo Mayo!
