Three members of the New England Patriots helped make the lives of patients at Children's Hospital Boston a little brighter by participating in a charity event on Tuesday. Jerod Mayo, Kevin Faulk and Julian Edelman made and delivered pancakes to children as a part of the Patriots "Celebrate Volunteerism" program. The three Pats participated in the IHOP National Pancake Day celebration at the hospital. With Patriots gear on and chef hats, Mayo, Faulk and Edelman showed off their pancake decorating skills and brought a lot of smiles with them. Julian Edelman rides Zamboni at intermission of Bruins game (Pictures)

I’ve spoken before of my dream to one day drive a Zamboni (preferably while sloshed). Patriots receiver Julian Edelman took advantage of his celebrity status in the New England-area by riding a Zamboni at intermission of the Bruins game Tuesday. Yup, Edelman got to live out every living person’s dream. Unfortunately he was just chilling like a guest on a parade float while someone...

Coach Kevin Faulk? Don’t rule it out: “I’m a football guy”

I spent the morning watching a few Patriots light up the worlds of patients at Children’s Hospital Boston, as they served them pancakes in hats an aprons. It was a nice event, one that took place during National Pancake Day. “Seeing the kids face, seeing them having fun — pancakes,” Patriots RB Kevin Faulk said, describing why he liked the event. “You always smile for pancakes...

Julian Edelman Makes A Decent Tawmmy

Julian Edelman (aka Jewkah, aka The Bear Jew, aka White Troy Brown) on the surface might seem like another California-bred golden boy like Tom Brady who can never live up to exacting Boston standards of acceptable townieness. But the more we see of him, we realize that may not be the case. Last night, Edelman rode the Zamboni at the Bruins-Senators game and showed up looking straight...
